Policies

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your treatment.

We understand that sometimes life happens. If you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule it, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited as it is difficult to fill in that appointment time on such short notice.

For eyelash extensions, every client will be given a one-time grace. Meaning, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice we will reschedule you at no charge. If you cancel after your grace period, you will be required to pay 40% of your cancelled service prior to rebooking.

All bookings are done online through the Kwe Beauty website. You will receive an email confirming that your appointment was booked successfully.
