Pre-Appointment
Go ahead girl, give your face a nice wash!
Before your visit for services, please ensure you have removed all make-up and lotions from your eyes and cheeks. It's important to have a clean slate to work with for the adhesive to bond to. Here is a specific list of what to do and what not to do:

Please arrive on time to your appointment with clean lashes free of any mascara, eyeliner and shadow.

Avoid wearing any sunscreen, eye creams or any other moisturizers that might prevent the under eye gel pad from adhering to your skin.

Avoid caffeine! This will allow you to fully relax and enjoy your lash treatment.

Use the washroom before your appointment.

New clients please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to fill out the necessary Forms.

Your first appointment will start with a pre-lash consultation to make sure we are choosing the correct curl, length and shape of lash to ensure that we are safely using extensions to give you the best look for you!
Post Care
Since you have already given your face a nice wash, you can wait 24 hours to do it again! Come on, you can do it. To ensure the adhesive bonds well, it is highly recommended that you do not allow water to touch your eyes for 24 hours. This is the same process for lift and tint too. Additionally, if you wear mascara it's a good idea to use a product that is oil free and NOT waterproof. Cleaning and brushing your lashes is key to longer retention. Here is an easy to follow list for you:

Avoid getting your eyelash extensions wet for 24 hours after application.

Clean your lashes daily with a diluted baby shampoo solution.

Brush your lashes daily with the spoolie brush given to you by your lash artist.

Avoid the use of products that contain alcohol, glycol or oils as this will reduce the retention of your lashes

Try to avoid sleeping on your face, pulling and picking at your lashes and of course rubbing your eyes

Do not use waterproof mascara.

Visit Kwe Beauty every 2-3 weeks for a fill. When you notice 40% of your lashes have shed, thats a great time to book an appointment.
